FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Quirky Paper Co. offers flat-rate shipping to Canada and the USA based on your order total. Shipping to other destinations will be based on the weight of your order.

• Order total $250 - $499: Shipping $20 ($CAD/$USD)
• Order total $500+: Shipping $25 ($CAD/$USD)

SHIPPING DETAILS
Please allow 3-5 business days before your order is ready to be shipped. Please let Quirky Paper Co. know if you will need your order expedited or if you have a desired ship date.
All orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC, Canada, via Canada Post. Please note that any additional customs/duties fees or charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
PAYMENT
We accept payment by credit card. Your final order total will include any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Full payment is required prior to shipping.
For any accounts on Net 30 terms, payment is expected promptly on the due date. In the event that invoices are not paid by the due date, Quirky Paper Co. will charge a late fee of 10% of the amount owing for every 15 days that the invoice remains unpaid.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS
Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been shipped. Quirky Paper Co. does not accept returns. However, if the items you received were incorrect or damaged, please let me know within 3 days of delivery, and I am happy to exchange it with a replacement.
